By using Fancy Pot you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
Fancy Pot is a digital wardrobe and outfit-styling app. Features include AI outfit generation and virtual try-on. Some features require a paid subscription.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some jurisdictions).
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Upload illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
- Upload images of other people without consent.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
- Use the AI features to generate content depicting real people without consent.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime in your account settings or via the App Store. EU/UK consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal — contact us within 14 days.
For purchases made through Apple, the App Store's Standard EULA also applies and Apple is the merchant of record.
6. AI output
Outfit recommendations and try-on previews are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment before purchasing items.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime at Account > Delete. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
