Delete Your Account
Fancy Pot gives you two ways to delete your account and all associated data.
Option 1: In the app
- Sign in to Fancy Pot.
- Go to Profile → Preferences.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This starts deletion immediately and does not require contacting support.
Option 2: By email
You can request deletion by emailing support@fancypot.org from the email address associated with your Fancy Pot account.
Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase:
- Your profile and login credentials
- Wardrobe photos and AI-generated metadata
- Saved outfits, looks, and try-on results
- Style preferences and recommendation history
- Subscription and usage records
- Device tokens and in-app activity
What may be retained
We do not keep your personal data after deletion beyond what is legally required. Backups are purged on a rolling basis, typically within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. Once completed, your data cannot be recovered.
