Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web: open Preferences and tap "Manage subscription." On iOS: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fancy Pot.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Delete account. This permanently removes your wardrobe, outfits, and profile.
My try-on / outfit generation isn't working.
Make sure your wardrobe has at least a few items photographed in good light. If problems persist, send us a message above with the time and what you tried.
